Our Clinic

Welcome to Kemptville Naturopathic Clinic

At Kemptville Naturopathic Clinic, we believe you should always leave a health care appointment feeling better, not worse. Your time at the clinic should be something to look forward to – a chance to be heard, ask questions, and learn what you can do to take charge of your health.

You should only have to wait a short time for your appointment, and if you need more time with your practitioner during your next visit, you just need to ask.

We’re here to listen and understand your health concerns so we can create a personalized treatment plan, striving to not only relieve your symptoms but address their cause – and to help you learn more about how your body works in the process. We’re your health care partner, not just a provider.

We’re here to help, and it’s our goal to make your health care experience as effective, accessible, and pleasant as possible. Contact our clinic to set up an appointment.

Since 2011, Shawn has studied advanced Hahnemannian Homeopathy with its greatest living teacher, Dr. André Saine ND in Montreal. This has resulted in even greater clinical success treating difficult chronic diseases such as autoimmune conditions, interstitial cystitis, chronic infections, and chronic migraines.

In addition to his clinic duties, Shawn offers talks on a wide range of topics to groups, corporations, and organizations. Topics include natural approaches to first aid and flu prevention, creating a natural remedy cabinet, making healing salves, remedies for common childhood illnesses, and half-day workshops on nutrition and disease prevention.

Over the years he has given talks to hundreds of parents and government employees, as well as the Canadian Liver Foundation, Sustainable North Grenville, medical students at the University of Ottawa, high school students, horticultural societies, and has taught homeopathy to midwives from across Ontario. He also conducts a popular Medicinal Herb Walk at the Ferguson Forest Centre in Kemptville every summer.

When he’s not practicing at the clinic, he’s an avid gardener and enjoys growing vegetables and medicinal herbs. He has played the fiddle for over 30 years and performs occasionally with various bands.
